Slim: consider taking your size or one more as the product is particularly snug;
Regular: take your size exactly;
Wide: consider taking your size or one smaller as the product has a large cut;

Measure like this:
Bust - Measure with a dressmaker's inch, going around the bust.
Waist - Measure with a dressmaker's inch, going around the waist.
Hips - Measure with a dressmaker's inch, going around the hips (about 20cm below the waist).
